YogaLuna is an invitation into cyclical living.
It is an embodied exploration of internal and planetary rhythms that invites fluid, organic, and non-linear movements into the body to create change within our systems. By moving organically and being present with what is here, we can move with curiosity and autonomy, and meet our protective patterns with a softness that allows change.

The Story
YogaLuna is an embodied exploration of internal and planetary rhythms.
I created YogaLuna in 2016 after studying 500hours of Trauma Informed, Restorative, Ashtanga/Vinyasa, Perinatal and Pelvic Yoga, with an emphasis on cyclical consciousness. In my personal life, I was noticing the ways that my body craved rhythmic, non-linear approaches to movement. Unable to find classes that met my needs, I blended my love of yoga, ceremony, holistic pelvic care, and Earth-Based spiritualities, and created my own.

YogaLuna invites fluid, organic, and non-linear movements into the body to create change within our systems. By moving organically and being present with what is here, we can move with curiosity and autonomy, and meet our protective patterns with a softness that allows change.
YogaLuna follows the cycles of the sun, moon, and Earth, and invites us to notice our own rhythms as we move deeper into a felt sense of connection with our bodies and with the land we are on. This facilitates a connection with the rhythmic faculties of our bodies, including our hormonal and pelvic systems, our breath, and our hearts. Classes include opening and closing Earth-Based rituals, organic movement, and a time for sharing in community.
